The Ultimate Weight Management Program
Our highly effective 15-week weight management program incorporates exercise, nutrition and lifestyle changes to help you achieve your weight-loss goal and a healthier lifestyle.
Our program features 15 weekly one-hour educational classes led by our team of experts, including a registered dietitian/ nutritionist, behavior specialist, health educator and exercise professionals. We will guide you through the process of change as you work to achieve your goals of weight-loss and a healthier lifestyle.
We develop a personalized exercise program for each LivFit participant that is monitored by their own exercise trainer. The program includes monthly reassessments with your exercise trainer as well as ongoing support and guidance throughout the program.
Health First Associates
($98 down payment, then $98 per month for 2 months)

- Set up an appointment with one of our LivFit Exercise Trainers to get started on your workout program. This should be done at the registration desk at the time you sign up for the program.
- Arrive at class on the day/time that you registered for. We meet in the classrooms at each Pro-Health & Fitness facility. If you do not know where the classroom is, ask the staff at the front desk, and they will direct you there. You will receive your LivFit Handbook and all program materials at that time.

Important: Your first appointment must be set up at the time of day you usually plan to be at Health First’s Pro-Health & Fitness Center working out. You will be assigned to a trainer that works that shift, which assures that you will have regular contact and interaction with your trainer.
