Aqua Arthritis

Improve range of motion and improve flexibility with exercises adapted for joint issues.


Aqua Chi

Relax tight muscles, increase your flexibility and improve balance with yoga, T'ai Chi and more!


Aqua Core & More

Modified AquaFit format, designed to increase core stabilization, improve balance, and build strength. Suitable for all levels of conditioning. Drag and buoyant resistance may be added for increased intensity or to further challenge stability and balance. May include components of tai chi, yoga, and Pilates.


Aqua Easy Does It

This class includes elements of cardio, strength and stretch. Low impact, easy to moderate intensity, equipment may be used.


Aqua Fit

Moderate to high-intensity aquatic fitness workout. This class focuses on cardiovascular, strength, endurance and stretch components. Equipment may be used.


Basic Yoga

Basic Yoga is a class that is targeted to beginning yoga participants.


Big Tumblers

This class emphasis is a wide range of acrobatic skill development from handstands and cartwheels to round offs and back handsprings. We will lead your child step by step through mastering the fundamentals of floor work. Ages 7 and up.


Body Rolling

Suffer from low back pain or stress-related tension? Come experience an innovative body massage using a 10-inch ball to stretch muscles, increase blood flow and promote healing.


Cardio Dance

Let’s boogie our way to fantastic fitness! Featuring a fusion of dance styles- African, Latin, Middle Eastern, Jazz, Disco and Urban, the focus of this calorie-burning class is FUN!


Cardio Kickbox

A high-energy, fat-blasting series of punches and kicks with an emphasis on proper alignment, form and execution.


CheerNastics

Has your child ever wanted to dabble in the high-energy sport of cheerleading? Here’s their chance! This 30-minute class fuses tumbling instruction by qualified tumbling/ gymnastics coaches with jumps, motions, cheers/chants, dance routines, etc. Ages 6 and up


Circuit Training

Class includes intervals of aerobic activity using stations of weight resistance training. Abdominal conditioning and stretching follows this user friendly class. Suitable for ALL fitness levels.


Combined Swim

Independent exercise and Family Swim combined. NO lifeguard on duty.


Core Strength Abs

Short, but sweet, this class targets the abdominals.


Crunch at Lunch

Here's a fitness workout to fit into your lunch break! We start with 30 minutes of core and ab work, followed immediately by 30 minutes of strength training. Stay for just 30 minutes or combine for 1 hour.


Easy Does It

A beginner level aerobic class for participants looking for a gradual introduction to exercise. Low impact cardio segment followed by light strength training and stretching.


Family Swim

Multi-Purpose Pool is open to members and their families and/or guests for "open swim". All Combined Swim rules apply to Family Swim. NO lifeguard on duty.


Fit-Nastics

A hybrid of Gymnastics and Kid Fitness, this format will have the younger fitness wannabes (and mommy and daddy!) scampering through a circuit of activities. Class includes obstacle courses, drills, and fitness challenges. Includes parent – child interaction. For ages 2-5 years. Parent required to stay.


Group Cycling

Arrive early for this popular class.This exciting athletic training program utilizes motivation, sports psychology and tested cycling techniques. The instructor will lead the class on a stationary bike through different drills, terrains, hills and intervals to increase your cardiovascular fitness. This program is for all ages and fitness levels. All bikes are SPD-compatible. Please bring a towel and water bottle.


Group Personal Training

Experience personal training in a small group (no more than 10 participants). Group rates offer an added savings. Please see the front desk for details or call 434-5817.


Healthy Back

Proper posture and walking are the focus of this class. Conditioning and stretching are progressed gradually.


Hip Hop

Shed your inhibitions and check your pride at the door! Set to the hottest, freshest music, this non-intimidating fat burning class will get you to move your body like it’s never moved before.


Independent Exercise

Multi-Use Pool open for members to exercise independently. No children allowed in the pool during this time.


Kid Camp

Kids' Fitness

Fast-paced, fun, and full of life, this class is all about mixing it up! Using a combination of obstacle courses, entertaining games, challenging drills, and sports activities, your kids will leave more fit, stronger, and laughing! For kids ages 6 and up.


Kids' Yoga

Ages 8-12 years old Your child will be introduced to the basic yoga poses and technique needed for a successful foundation for their future.


Lap Pool - Lane 1 Closed

Lane 1 of the Lap Pool will be closed if needed for the overflow of the Aquatics Fitness Classes or Swim Lessons.


Latin Dance Party

A fun filled dance aerobics class that uses Latin Dance moves to formulate a great cardio workout.


Little Tumblers

Metabolic Training

Keep your metabolic rate elevated long after you leave the gym in this user friendly cardiovascular and muscle conditioning class. Short bouts of upper and lower body exercises, using bands, balls and hand weights followed by 30 seconds of rest after each set.


Mid Week Mix

Mix it up to maximize your aqua workout! A variety of resistance and drag equipment will be used in the combo cardio/strength class.


MS Aquacise - Lane 1 Closed

Designed specifically for those with multiple sclerosis and taught in our colder lap pool. Work to enhance balance, increase strength, gain flexibility and increase range of motion. FREE to Members; $25 per 10 classes to non-members.


Pedal-N-Pump

Get a great cardiovascular and strength workout in the same class! Alternating between periods of riding a stationary bike and lifting free weights for the strength segment.


Personal Strength

A “personal trainer” strength training session that teaches proper form, alignment, and execution or exercises. Using a variety of equipment, this class will target two muscle groups each week.

Pilates Mat

Pilates Mat is centered around your core “powerhouse” areas: abs, hips, lower back, and buttocks. This controlled method of body toning will strengthen muscles, improve balance, and streamline posture.


Pilates Mat for Seniors Level 1

Discover the many benefits Pilates has to offer in this comfortably-paced class created especially for the seniors! Must be flexible enough to lower and raise yourself from the floor using a chair.


Pilates Mat for Seniors Level 2

Discover the many benefits Pilates has to offer in this comfortably-paced class created especially for seniors! Must be flexible enough to lower and raise yourself from the floor using a chair.


Pool CLOSED

Qi Gong/ T'ai-Chi

While both ancient arts aim to calm the breath, body, and mind, Qi Chong uses a relaxing series of breathing and exercise techniques while T’ai Chi is meditation in motion.


Silver Sneakers® - Yoga Stretch

Silver Sneakers® Yoga Stretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.


Silver Sneakers® I - MSROM

Muscular Strength & Range of Motion class. Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance; a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.


Silver Sneakers® II - Cardio Circuit

Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers® ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, stretching, and relaxation exercises.


Silver Splash®

Shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility and cardio. A special Silver Splash kickboard is used.


Step

Formulated for all fitness levels, this dynamic cardiovascular workout, which involves stepping on and off an adjustable platform, offers fun moves and creative combinations.


Step Interval

A cardio and strength workout that incorporates weight training in between step aerobic routines.


STRONG®

Weight training program designed to improve muscular strength and endurance of all major muscle groups. This class will challenge all fitness levels. Each muscle group is worked until fatigue, approx. 4-5 minutes per muscle group.


Super Step

Crank it up a notch with an intermediate-advanced STEPtacular workout intended to elevate your interest as well as your heart rate! Super Step is fast-paced footwork at its finest.


Swim Lessons

Pro-Health Swim School offers swim lessons for children and adults. Group and private lessons are taught on a month-to-month basis and are available to members and non-members. T.A.G. (Thighs, Abs & Glutes)

This exciting class concentrates specific toning exercises for your thighs, abs & glutes. All fitness levels are welcome.


Teenie Wahines

For GIRLS ages 5-7 years. Sugar and spice and everything nice, that's what this little girls' class is made of! Blending classic gymnastics with cheer and tumbling, this session will cover everything from balance beam and bars to toe touches and round-offs. $40 per month.


Tots Gymnastics

This introduction class focuses on basic gymnastics, coordination and flexibility. To develop a connection between what they are learning and pre-existing skills, students will work with partners and in groups, as well as one-on-one with a coach. Ages 3-5 years, $40.00 per month


Track Attack

Experience a variety of cardiovascular activiites mixed with a variation of weight training, and abdominal exercises as well and conditioning and stretching


Water Walking

Class includes different ways to walk across the pool. This is a no-impact class and will include stretching.


Yoga

This is a moderate level class guiding students through proper alignment and breath, exploring a wide range of yoga postures gaining flexibility, core strength, balance and focus.


Yoga Fusion

A combination of yoga and Pilates Mat.


Zumba®

A high-energy aerobic workout that combines exciting music with unique dance moves. The music ranges from salsa and meringue, to reggaeton and samba. This class is for all levels of fitness.


Zumba® Gold

Learn how to move your hips to the Merengue, the Cumbia, the Reggeaton and the Salsa. This class is designed for the active older adult population or the true beginner (deconditioned) participant.
