Aqua Arthritis

Improve range of motion and improve flexibility with exercises adapted for joint issues.


Aqua Balance

A low-impact, all-encompassing body stretch, strengthening and balance workout.


Aqua Chi

Relax tight muscles, increase your flexibility and improve balance with yoga, T'ai Chi and more!


Aqua Easy Does It

This class includes elements of cardio, strength and stretch. Low impact, easy to moderate intensity, equipment may be used.


Aqua Fit

Moderate to high-intensity aquatic fitness workout. This class focuses on cardiovascular, strength, endurance and stretch components. Equipment may be used.


Aqua Sport

High-intensity including cardiovascular strength and stretch. Equipment will be used. Deep or shallow water.


Aqua Step

Workout incorporating a bench to intensify the cardiovascular benefits.


Aqua Strength

A combination of cardio moves and strength training. Equipment may be used.


Ball Pilates

Picking up the intensity a bit from traditional Pilates, this class incorporates the stability ball as part of your core workout.


Basic Pilates Mat

Discover the many benefits of Pilates in this comfortably paced class created for beginners.

A beginner step class.


Basic Yoga

Basic Yoga is a class that is targeted to beginning yoga participants.


Beginning Group Cycling

A condensed group cycling class for beginners. More time will be spent on form, cadence, and bike set up. This class will make a novice group cycling participant feel very comfortable.


Buff Yoga

Fusing strength training and core abdominal work with traditional yoga practices. Focus on a different muscle group each week to build the strength and stamina necessary for challenging yoga postures.


Cardio Dance

Let’s boogie our way to fantastic fitness! Featuring a fusion of dance styles- African, Latin, Middle Eastern, Jazz, Disco and Urban, the focus of this calorie-burning class is FUN!


Cardio Kickbox

A high-energy, fat-blasting series of punches and kicks with an emphasis on proper alignment, form and execution.


Circuit Training

Class includes intervals of aerobic activity using stations of weight resistance training. Abdominal conditioning and stretching follows this user friendly class. Suitable for ALL fitness levels.


Combined Swim

Independent exercise and Family Swim combined. NO lifeguard on duty.


Core & More

Primarily using the resistance ball in addition to other equipment, this class is designed to concentrate on the body's core, midsection and also work various body parts. You will receive a total body strength work out during this class.


Deep Water

Exercising without touching the floor of the pool using floatation belts or wrist and ankle straps.


Easy Does It

A beginner level aerobic class for participants looking for a gradual introduction to exercise. Low impact cardio segment followed by light strength training and stretching.


Family Swim

Multi-Purpose Pool is open to members and their families and/or guests for "open swim". All Combined Swim rules apply to Family Swim. NO lifeguard on duty.


Fit-Nastics

A hybrid of Gymnastics and Kid Fitness, this format will have the younger fitness wannabes (and mommy and daddy!) scampering through a circuit of activities. Class includes obstacle courses, drills, and fitness challenges. Includes parent – child interaction. For ages 2-5 years. Parent required to stay.


Group Cycling

Arrive early for this popular class.This exciting athletic training program utilizes motivation, sports psychology and tested cycling techniques. The instructor will lead the class on a stationary bike through different drills, terrains, hills and intervals to increase your cardiovascular fitness. This program is for all ages and fitness levels. All bikes are SPD-compatible. Please bring a towel and water bottle.


Hip Hop

Shed your inhibitions and check your pride at the door! Set to the hottest, freshest music, this non-intimidating fat burning class will get you to move your body like it’s never moved before.


Independent Exercise

Multi-Use Pool open for members to exercise independently. No children allowed in the pool during this time.


Iron Fusion

Total body workout that develops strength using weights, in continuous flowing yoga poses, concentrating on core muscles that are involved in balance and Pilates movements to develop long, lean, strong muscles.


Kids' Fitness

Fast-paced, fun, and full of life, this class is all about mixing it up! Using a combination of obstacle courses, entertaining games, challenging drills, and sports activities, your kids will leave more fit, stronger, and laughing! For kids ages 6 and up.


Kids' Latin Dance

Ages 6 & up Let your little ones boogie on down! This high-energy class will allow your kids to learn the FUNdamentals of Latin Dance. Who knows, they may come home and teach mom and dad a few steps! Parents are encouraged to workout with child.


Kids' Yoga

Ages 8-12 years old Your child will be introduced to the basic yoga poses and technique needed for a successful foundation for their future.


Latin Dance Party

A fun filled dance aerobics class that uses Latin Dance moves to formulate a great cardio workout.


Metabolic Training

Keep your metabolic rate elevated long after you leave the gym in this user friendly cardiovascular and muscle conditioning class. Short bouts of upper and lower body exercises, using bands, balls and hand weights followed by 30 seconds of rest after each set.


Parent/Child Lap Swim

Parent and child must swim in Lane #1 (closest to the locker rooms) and child must be swimming laps. Parent may not sit on deck and watch their child swim laps and child may not be in the Exercise pool while parent is swimming.


Personal Strength

A “personal trainer” strength training session that teaches proper form, alignment, and execution or exercises. Using a variety of equipment, this class will target two muscle groups each week.


Pilates Mat

Pilates Mat is centered around your core “powerhouse” areas: abs, hips, lower back, and buttocks. This controlled method of body toning will strengthen muscles, improve balance, and streamline posture.


Pilates Mat for Kids

Ages 4-6 & Ages 7-12 (check schedule for times) Crunches and sit-ups are OUT when it comes to true core strength. This Pilates training class gives “little” people the proper foundation for any sports activity. Train safer, stronger, and more effectively with the knowledge of sound core awareness.


Pilates Mat Intro

Discover the basics of beautiful posture and perfect balance that naturally comes with core conditioning. This class is recommended for all members who have never attended a Pilate’s class.


Power Yoga

This yoga class is of a faster pace with Ashtonga Yoga tendencies. Power Yoga is more for the experienced student.

Silver Sneakers® - Yoga Stretch

Silver Sneakers® Yoga Stretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.


Silver Sneakers® I - MSROM

Muscular Strength & Range of Motion class. Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance; a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.


Silver Sneakers® II - Cardio Circuit

Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers® ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, stretching, and relaxation exercises.


Silver Splash®

Shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility and cardio. A special Silver Splash kickboard is used.


Step

Formulated for all fitness levels, this dynamic cardiovascular workout, which involves stepping on and off an adjustable platform, offers fun moves and creative combinations.


Step Interval

A cardio and strength workout that incorporates weight training in between step aerobic routines.


STRONG®

Weight training program designed to improve muscular strength and endurance of all major muscle groups. This class will challenge all fitness levels. Each muscle group is worked until fatigue, approx. 4-5 minutes per muscle group.


Sunrise Yoga

Start your day with a shortened version of a gentle yoga class perfect for the beginners and seniors. Modifications are offered for the more advanced. Wake up the mind and the muscles for a brighter day!

T.A.G. (Thighs, Abs & Glutes)

This exciting class concentrates specific toning exercises for your thighs, abs & glutes. All fitness levels are welcome.


Tai-Chi

An ancient art that aims to calm the breath, the body and the mind. Tai-Chi is meditation in motion


Teen Strength

A well-sequenced set of varied resistance training exercises. This unique “personal trainer” style class incorporates functional fitness with multi-muscle and core movements specifically designed for ages 13-18.


Tween Challenge

Ages 9-14 years old Too old for Kid Fit, but not quite ready for the gym? Formatted to keep this age group engaged and challenged, this sampler class offers various genres of fitness, including: kickboxing, step aerobics, gliding, resistance/circuit training, and more!


Water Walking

Class includes different ways to walk across the pool. This is a no-impact class and will include stretching.

Yoga

This is a moderate level class guiding students through proper alignment and breath, exploring a wide range of yoga postures gaining flexibility, core strength, balance and focus.

You and Me Fit

*Parent required to stay. 6 months-3 years It’s never too early to set a positive example of fit living for your little one. Suitable for all activity levels, this “parent-child interaction” class includes cardio activities, to help cultivate the love of movement, strength training, and stretching.


Zumba®

A high-energy aerobic workout that combines exciting music with unique dance moves. The music ranges from salsa and meringue, to reggaeton and samba. This class is for all levels of fitness.


Zumba® Gold

Learn how to move your hips to the Merengue, the Cumbia, the Reggeaton and the Salsa. This class is designed for the active older adult population or the true beginner (deconditioned) participant.
